What is Spinal Flow Technique?
Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, hands-on modality that focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to regulate stress and reconnect with a greater sense of ease and wellbeing.
Life places many demands on the body and nervous system. Physical, emotional, and environmental stress can build over time, affecting how we feel, respond, and move through daily life.
Spinal Flow sessions use gentle access points along the spine to encourage greater connection within the nervous system and support the release of stored stress patterns.
Each session is guided by the body's priorities rather than a fixed process. Some people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, increased awareness, or a renewed sense of clarity following a session.
Whether you are navigating stress, feeling overwhelmed, seeking greater balance, or simply curious about a different approach to wellbeing, Spinal Flow offers a gentle and supportive experience designed to meet you where you are.

What Happens During a Session?
Spinal Flow sessions are designed to create a safe space for the body and nervous system to slow down, reconnect, and respond in their own way.
Every session is unique because every person is unique.
Observation: Every session begins with observation and discussion. Together we explore what has been happening in your life, how stress may be affecting you, and what you hope to gain from your sessions.
Assessment: Using the Spinal Flow assessment process, together we identify areas where stress, tension, or overwhelm may be impacting your overall sense of wellbeing.
Gentle Access Points: During the session, gentle contact is applied to specific access points along the spine and head, known as gateways. These points are used within the Spinal Flow Technique to support nervous system awareness and connection.
Your Body’s Response: Each person responds differently. Some people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, physical sensation, increased awareness, or simply a greater sense of calm and balance.
Integration: Following your sessions, we discuss your experience and any observations that may help support your wellbeing moving forward.
Following a session, many people describe feeling calmer, more present, and more connected to themselves.
Because every person's experience is unique, outcomes will vary from person to person.
